In addition to his role in the Company, he is also associated with other business entities, including Active Proengineers Private Limited, and has been involved in establishing and managing multiple business ventures. This provides him with diversified exposure across industries and business functions. He continues to contribute to the Company through his financial expertise, strategic insights, and commitment to sustainable growth.
Mr. Amit Ashokkumar Maheshwari

Mr. Amit Ashokkumar Maheshwari is one of the Promoters of the Company and serves as a Non-Executive Director. He has been closely associated with the Company since its inception and has played a significant role in its growth and strategic direction. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. He brings strong expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Over the years, he has provided strategic guidance to the Company in strengthening its financial discipline, governance framework, and business expansion initiatives. His experience across multiple business ventures and associations with other companies provides him with diversified exposure, enabling him to contribute effectively to the Company’s long-term development. He continues to support the Company through his vision, leadership, and experience in finance and governance.
Ms. Chakshu Arun Maheshwari
Managing Director
Ms. Chakshu Arun Maheshwari is the Managing Director of the Company. She has been associated with the Company in various capacities, including as a Non-Executive Director, and has contributed to its strategic and operational development. She brings over 5 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, and management. She has been involved in supporting key decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and driving business growth initiatives within the Company. In addition to her role in the Company, she also holds directorship positions in other business entities, which has provided her with exposure to diverse business environments. This experience enables her to contribute effectively towards strategic planning and overall management of the Company. She possesses skills in stakeholder management, decision-making, and execution of business strategies, with a focus on sustainable growth. She holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Nirma University, Ahmedabad.
